pro1bet Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pro1bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the pro1bet website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and payment facilities.

pro1bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pro1bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

By using pro1bet, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party. You further confirm that all funds deposited into your pro1bet account originate from legitimate sources and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person.

2.1 Age Verification

pro1bet is committed to preventing underage gambling. All players are required to confirm during registration that they are aged 18 or above. pro1bet reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation from any player at any time to verify age compliance. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh or any other country.

Until age verification is complete, pro1bet may restrict or suspend a player's ability to make withdrawals. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without warning. All deposits made to that account will be returned to the original payment source and all winnings, bonuses, and accumulated loyalty points will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pro1bet is operated as an online entertainment platform designed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence. pro1bet makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the platform.

2.3 General Registration Requirements

To be eligible to register an account at pro1bet, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional registrations are not accepted.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order from pro1bet or any other affiliated platform.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a pro1bet employee, in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of services available at pro1bet — including casino games, sports betting markets, and the VIP loyalty programme — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and loyalty points held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pro1bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. pro1bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pro1bet immediately at support@pro1bet and change your password without delay. pro1bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep all personal information held on your pro1bet account accurate and up to date at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your registered email address, phone number, and nominated payment methods. If any of your personal details change, you must update your account promptly. pro1bet may require you to re-verify your identity if significant account details are changed.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

pro1bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash account screenshot, bank statement, etc.).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pro1bet may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal facilities. pro1bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all required documentation has been verified to its satisfaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pro1bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount at pro1bet is ৳200. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which pro1bet accepts no responsibility. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your pro1bet account within minutes of confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days of approval, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. pro1bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pro1bet reserves the right to apply staged withdrawal processing for large amounts at its sole discretion, releasing funds in instalments while ensuring all compliance checks are completed.

4.4 Currency & Exchange Rates

All transactions on the pro1bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by pro1bet. Players are not exposed to foreign exchange risk when depositing or withdrawing, as all balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT throughout.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pro1bet offers a range of promotional offers and bonus incentives to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, as published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is available.

Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka and may only be used for wagering on the pro1bet platform. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted into real money through fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses at pro1bet are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be submitted. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in full before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are specified on each individual bonus offer page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Behaviour

pro1bet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings in cases where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using funds deposited via third-party payment methods to claim bonuses that require a deposit from a personally held account.
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.

pro1bet further reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a technical error or miscalculation results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited to a player's account, pro1bet reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any excess funds, with or without prior notification.

5.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

The pro1bet VIP loyalty programme operates on a points-based tier system. Loyalty points are accrued through eligible real-money wagering activity across the platform. Point accumulation rates, tier thresholds, tier benefits, and redemption values are published on the VIP programme information page and are subject to change at pro1bet's discretion. VIP status and accumulated loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player.

Players are required to use the pro1bet platform in a lawful, fair, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the security of the pro1bet platform, its servers, databases, or infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to pro1bet immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome in a manner inconsistent with genuine sporting risk.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the pro1bet support team or other players on any platform feature that facilitates player communication.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your pro1bet account at any time by contacting the support team at support@pro1bet. Before processing a voluntary closure request, pro1bet will confirm that all outstanding wagering requirements have been settled, all pending withdrawals have been processed, and your account balance is either withdrawn or forfeited at your election. Voluntary account closure does not exempt a player from any obligations arising from activity conducted prior to closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the pro1bet support team. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of one week, one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked — no logins, deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity are possible. 7.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

pro1bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from a payment provider.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being operated in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by pro1bet for reasons of suspected fraud or breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. pro1bet will return confirmed legitimate funds to the player following the completion of any investigation, less any amounts legitimately owed to the platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

pro1bet makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any of its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, internet infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond pro1bet's reasonable control. pro1bet shall not be liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or inconvenience caused by temporary platform unavailability.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino games at pro1bet use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by internationally licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG systems of these providers and are not influenced by pro1bet in any way. pro1bet accepts no liability for game outcomes experienced by players, including losses arising from individual gaming sessions, jackpot events, or technical malfunctions within game software provided by third-party studios.

In the event of a demonstrable technical fault affecting a game round — such as a disconnection mid-spin or a software error that produces an invalid result — pro1bet will investigate the matter and apply a resolution in accordance with the game provider's own malfunction policy. This may involve voiding the affected round and returning the original stake to the player's account.

8.3 General Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pro1bet's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided by pro1bet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pro1bet expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising out of a player's use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether pro1bet was advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the pro1bet dispute resolution process shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
